Julie Elizabeth White

Julie has come from a nursing background and has been practicing complementary therapies and healing modalities for over fifteen years. She has practiced in various environments including nursing homes, hospices, and clinics, giving her a rich background of experience of "people" and the remarkable natural healing abilities we possess.

Julie has studied many metaphysical philosophies and traditions and is able to draw upon this reservoir of wisdom in her sessions. She holds a Foundation Certificate in Metaphysics, giving her a sound comprehension of the mind-body-spirit relationship. 

As a qualified Adult Education Teacher, Julie is passionate about delivering a depth of teaching that meets the needs of each student, promoting self-assurance and connectivity to their chosen subject.   Courses are offered in Reiki (all levels), Metamorphic Technique, Complementary Therapies for the Dying, Reminiscence Therapy &Life Review, Meditation and Relaxation Techniques. 

A pro-active approach is taken in her work, meeting the specific and individual needs of the client with a wide range of uniquely tailored sessions and techniques that assist in the regaining and maintaining of physical, and energetic well being.
